The university administration has done it again.
The StFXAUT is no longer shocked by the anti-union tactics of the administration. According to AUT president, Peter McInnis, “It’s become the new norm that instead of telling our negotiating team what their response is to our counter proposals, they’ve decided to use the media again to try to reach our members.”
“This deeply cynical action simply obstructs the route to a fair and equitable collective agreement for all our members,” McInnis added. “While we are disappointed with the actions of the administration, our team will continue to play a constructive role to bring these negotiations to a close.”
