In support of academic excellence, the St. Francis Xavier Association of University Teachers (StFXAUT) funds the StFX Association of University Teachers Bursary .
Since 2014, Members of the StFXAUT have awarded $70,632 in bursaries investing in the education of 61 StFX students:
- 2024-2025 – Nine undergraduate students and one graduate student were each awarded a six-credit bursary. Each bursary is equal to $1,072.50; total $10,725.
- 2023-2024 – Nine undergraduate students were each awarded a bursary. Six three-credit bursaries ($1,050) and three individual bursaries ($580, $1,572, and $3,097) were awarded; total: $11,549.
- 2022-2023 – Nine undergraduate students were each awarded a bursary. Seven three-credit bursaries ($1,020) and two-six credit bursaries ($2,040) were awarded; total: $11,220.
- 2021-2022 – Seven undergraduate students were each awarded a bursary. Six three-credit bursaries ($990) and one six-credit bursary were awarded ($1,980); total: $7,920.
- 2020-2021 – Seven undergraduate students were each awarded a bursary. Five three-credit bursaries ($960) and two six-credit bursaries ($1,920) were awarded; total: $8,640.
- 2019-2020 – Six undergraduate students were each awarded a three-credit bursary. Each bursary is equal to $933; total: $5,598.
- 2018-2019 – Six undergraduate students were each awarded a three-credit bursary. Each bursary is equal to $905; total $5,430.
- 2017-2018 – Three undergraduate students were each awarded a bursary. Two three-credit bursaries ($854) and one six-credit bursary ($1,708) were awarded; total $3,416.
- 2016-2017 – Two undergraduate students were each awarded a six-credit bursary ($1,610); total: $3,220.
- 2015-2016 – One undergraduate student was awarded a six-credit bursary; total: $1,439.
- 2014-2015 – One undergraduate student was awarded a six-credit bursary; total: $1,475.
